At DREAM your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will always strive to do everything in our power to keep you a happy customer. In fact, we are so committed to your satisfaction, that if you have any complaints about the quality of any DREAM product, we have a 30-day ‘no hassle’ full cash refund policy – that means we send dollars, not just vouchers for other DREAM products.

We rigorously check our products before sending them to you, but we’re human and sometimes even we make mistakes. So, in the unlikely event that you find fault with your e-cigarette, simply follow the instruction laid out below in order to be eligible for a full refund. Get in touch with our customer care department and they will walk you through the whole process of getting a full refund. Simply return the complete order, in all its original packaging, within 30 days of placing your order, and you don’t even need to pay shipping. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all domestic (within the US) e-cigarette orders placed on DREAMSMOKE.COM, returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original packaging.

Misused, damaged, missing, or broken items will not be refunded. DREAM takes the risk out of buying electronics cigarettes online, and we work to keep you happy so that you remain a DREAM customer for life.

Hassle-Free Lifetime Limited Warranty

At DREAM we’re proud of our products, and believe that you will appreciate the extra time, care and attention we have put in to make our electronic cigarettes so good. You’ll probably never need it, but if for any reason your DREAM batteries don’t work as well as they should, then you’re covered for that too. Not only will we replace your battery – but we will even pay for you to send it back to us (domestic shipping only).

DREAMSMOKE.COM warrants only the original purchaser of any battery purchased from DREAMSMOKE.COM, or through the DREAM Toll Free Number, that the battery will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the battery.

This Warranty entitles the purchaser to:

  • FREE battery replacements within three years of purchase – if the battery you purchased or a subsequent replacement proves to be defective (subject to warranty conditions).
  • Up to THREE MORE replacements (if you require them) following the initial three-year period. However many batteries are purchased, the number of defective batteries that may be replaced for a single purchaser is limited to three in any month.

Note: After the first year, to qualify for the extended warranty, you need to have purchased DREAM cartomizers within three months prior to any replacement request.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

  1. any use of the battery other than that for which it was intended (including, but not limited to, use with non DREAM chargers);
  2. modification, alteration, repair or service of the battery by any persons or company other than DREAMSMOKE.COM;
  3. accidental or intentional physical abuse to, or misuse of the battery or operation of the battery in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions.

DREAMSMOKE.COM reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion without prior warning.
